About
Yaroslava Snitko is an Italy-based Ukrainian composer and sound designer. She has experience in making music and custom sound effects for video, film, and live performances (acoustic and mixed media.) She was one of the composers who made music for the documentary “Fragments of Red” (2023) and created soundtracks for the short film “Heroine” (April-May 2023.)
She has a passion for searching and creating original sounds and bringing to life visuals with custom SFX and immersive soundscapes. Her strong background in music theory allows me to work deeply on music concepts and turn verbal descriptions and suggested audio references into a score. She is an expert in orchestration and creating sheet music for live performances.
Yaroslava’s composes in wide range of genres and moods from complex textural hybrid scores to dramatic and intense orchestral pieces, from immersive electronic ambient tracks to touching expressive piano and chamber ensemble compositions.
